Software Instructions

Select image files: Click the selection area or drag and drop images to add JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF, and other images for processing. When selecting in bulk, the interface displays the first 20 images, but all images will be included during processing.
Select information content: Check the items you want to write into the watermark, including file name, file size, resolution, modified date, file type, aspect ratio, as well as EXIF parameters such as shooting date, camera information, aperture, shutter speed, focal length, ISO, and GPS coordinates.
Enter custom text: You can add top text, bottom text, and extra content. Each line will be used as a separate watermark text, suitable for adding the author, location, copyright notice, or image notes.
Set watermark style: Choose a nine-grid position, and adjust margins, line spacing, text width, text color, background color, opacity, font size, font weight, rounded background, and text shadow.
View real-time preview: During setup, you can view the effect on the first image on the right. Confirm the watermark content, position, and readability before processing.
Configure output options: Choose JPEG, PNG, or WebP format, and set the output quality and file name rules. The original file name is kept by default, and numbers will be automatically appended if names conflict.
Start processing and download: Click “Start Adding Information Watermark” to generate the results. A single image can be downloaded directly, while multiple images will be packaged into a ZIP file for download.

FAQ

A: EXIF is metadata in a photo that records shooting parameters. Common items include shooting date, camera brand, camera model, aperture, shutter speed, focal length, ISO, and GPS coordinates. The information included may vary depending on the device and image format.

A: The image may have been edited, compressed, forwarded, or processed by a platform, causing the original EXIF to be removed. Formats such as PNG and GIF also often lack complete shooting parameters. You can still add watermarks for file name, resolution, and custom text.

A: The original file name is kept by default, and the extension is changed according to the selected output format. If duplicate file names occur, the system will append numbers to the file names to distinguish them; you can also choose to add a prefix or suffix.

A: We recommend placing it in the bottom-left or bottom-right corner, enabling a dark semi-transparent background, using white text, appropriately increasing the font size and background padding, and turning on text shadow. For light-colored photos, increase the background opacity; for dark photos, use automatic readability enhancement.

A: Batch processing is supported. A large number of images or high-resolution images will use more memory and processing time. We recommend processing large images in batches, then using ZIP download to download all results after processing is complete.
