Software Instructions

Select a content source: You can use manual text, upload a file, or choose a content template. Manual text is generated line by line; uploaded files support text-based files such as TXT, CSV, and VCF; templates support URLs, WiFi, contact cards, email, SMS, phone numbers, and geographic locations.
Set the file parsing method:
- Generate one QR code per file: Suitable for writing the entire contents of a single file into a QR code. The output file name uses the original file name by default.
- Generate one QR code per line: Suitable for TXT lists, with each line corresponding to one QR code.
- Generate QR codes from a specified CSV column: You can set the column number and choose whether to skip the first header row.
Configure the QR code style: Set the error correction level, output size, quiet zone margin, version, foreground color, and background color. You can also enable a transparent background for PNG/SVG.
Add a center Logo: Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG image, and set the Logo ratio, padding, shape, and background color. The H error correction level is recommended when using a Logo.
Set output options: Choose PNG, JPG, or SVG format; JPG quality can be adjusted; file names can be generated based on the source file name, content summary, or sequence number, and duplicate names will automatically have numbers appended.
Generate and preview: After clicking “Generate QR Codes,” the preview area displays the first 20 QR codes, while the remaining results will still be processed.
Download results: You can download individual files, or click “Download All ZIP” to package and save all QR code files.

FAQ

A: Put each item on a separate line, such as a URL, a piece of text, or a product number. Blank lines are automatically ignored.

A: TXT is suitable for simple line-by-line lists; CSV is suitable for tabular data, allowing you to specify a certain column as QR code content and skip the header row.

A: The Logo will cover some code modules, so it should not be too large. It is recommended to keep the Logo ratio between 8%-25% and use the H error correction level.

A: PNG is suitable for general images and transparent backgrounds; JPG is suitable for sharing scenarios with smaller file sizes; SVG is a vector format, suitable for printing, layout, and further editing.

A: The tool first keeps the original filename as the output name; if a duplicate name is encountered, a number is appended to the filename, such as code.png, code_2.png, code_3.png.

A: You can reduce the text length, use a short link, increase the QR code version, or lower the error correction level. For content with a logo, it is still recommended to prioritize stable scanning.
