Software Usage Instructions
- Set parameters first: In “Parameter Settings,” choose the barcode type, output format, image scale, size, margins, text size, colors, whether to show text, check digit completion, and file naming method.
- Enter or import content: In “Data Input,” enter barcode content line by line, or switch to TXT file mode to select text files in batches; blank lines are automatically ignored.
- Use sample data: Load examples such as retail products, warehouse labels, logistics waybills, medical items, and assets to easily test different barcode types.
- Configure batch options: Choose to name files by content, line number, source file name, or a custom prefix; if duplicate names are found, numbers are automatically appended to distinguish them.
- Start generating: After clicking “Start Generate,” the tool validates each line, automatically completes available EAN, UPC, and ITF check digits, and displays processing progress.
- Preview and download: After generation, go to “Preview Download” to view the first 20 results; individual results can be downloaded separately, and batch results can be downloaded using the ZIP button.

A: PNG is suitable for direct printing, labeling, and use in standard documents; SVG is a vector format suitable for design layout, enlarged output, and post-editing. If you need both file types, choose PNG+SVG.
A: To keep the page responsive, the file list and results preview area display the first 20 items; all valid content will be processed during generation, and the results will be written together to the ZIP file.
A: Select “Use source file name” in the naming method. A single-line TXT file will use the original file name; if the same file contains multiple lines, line numbers will be appended to the original file name; if duplicate names are encountered, numbers will be appended to avoid overwriting.
A: Yes. Please maintain contrast between the dark barcode and light background, set sufficient height and margins, and test sample prints with actual scanning devices before batch printing.
A: Common one-dimensional barcodes are not suitable for directly encoding Chinese content. It is recommended to use numbers, English letters, and allowed symbols; if you need to carry Chinese, URLs, or long text, you can use a QR code tool instead.
