Software Usage Instructions

Select image files: In the “Select Image” step, choose single-image editing or batch processing mode, then upload image files such as JPG, PNG, WebP, and BMP. During batch upload, the page displays the first 20 file names, and all selected images will be processed.
Set transformations and cropping:
- Rotate and flip: You can set clockwise 90°, 180°, counterclockwise 90°, or flip the image horizontally or vertically.
- Crop ratio: Supports no crop, custom pixels, 1:1, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9, 9:16, and other ratios.
- Custom crop: After selecting custom pixels, you can enter X, Y, width, and height to control the crop area.
Adjust image effects: You can adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, exposure, sharpening, blur, and vignette. It is recommended to generate a preview with the default parameters first, then fine-tune based on the image.
Select filter effects: You can choose filters such as grayscale, vintage, black-and-white film, warm, cool, vivid, faded, invert, emboss, and pixelate. Filters can be used together with color adjustment parameters.
Add text annotations: After entering text content, you can set the font, font size, text color, stroke color, and display position; if the content is left blank, no text will be added.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current editing parameters for easily reusing a similar configuration next time.
Export and download: Choose PNG, JPG, WebP, or keep the original format, set the output quality, then download a single image; in batch mode, click “Start Batch Processing” and download the ZIP file after completion.

FAQ

A: Single-image editing is suitable for previewing, fine-tuning, and downloading one image; batch processing is suitable for applying the same crop, color adjustment, filter, text, and export settings to multiple images and packaging them into a ZIP download.

A: Exported file names will retain the original file names as much as possible. If the output format changes, only the extension will be adjusted according to the format; if duplicate file names are encountered, a number will be appended to the file name to avoid overwriting results.

A: Fixed ratios are suitable for common size scenarios such as avatars, product images, and cover images; custom pixels are suitable for images that require precise control over crop position and size. When center cropping is enabled, the tool crops an area from the center of the image according to the selected ratio.

A: Yes. The tool first applies cropping, rotation, and flipping, then overlays color adjustment parameters, filters, sharpening, vignetting, and text annotations. We recommend choosing a filter first, then slightly adjusting brightness, contrast, and saturation.

A: PNG is suitable for images with transparent backgrounds or those that need lossless saving; JPG is suitable for photos and regular images, with a smaller file size; WebP is suitable for web use, balancing clarity and file size. The quality parameter mainly affects JPG and WebP.

A: No. Image reading, editing, previewing, and exporting are all completed on the current device. The server will not receive your image files.
