Software Usage Instructions

Select a mode:Choose the “Single Image Editing” or “Batch Processing” tab at the top of the page to enter the corresponding feature area.
Single Image Editing:After opening an image in the editor, you can crop, rotate/flip, adjust colors, apply filters, manage layers, and export to common image formats or save the project file.
Batch Processing - Select Images:Click “Select Image Files” to select images in bulk; by default, the list only displays the first 20 files, while the remaining files will still be processed normally and included in the ZIP download package.
Batch Processing - Set Parameters:
- Output Format:Keep the original format or convert to JPG/PNG/WebP
- Quality:Adjust the quality factor when outputting as JPG/WebP
- Size:Limit the longest side or specify width and height, with an option to maintain aspect ratio
- Rotate/Flip:Supports common angle rotation and horizontal/vertical flipping
- Watermark:Add a text watermark or image watermark, and set position, opacity, margin, and scaling
Start Processing and Download:Click “Start Processing” to generate results. After processing is complete, you can download individual files or click “Download All Results (ZIP)” to get all files.

FAQ

A: Single Image Editing is suitable for detailed operations such as layer editing, filters, and color adjustment; Batch Processing is suitable for uniformly compressing, converting formats, resizing, rotating/flipping, and adding watermarks to multiple images, with packaged downloads available.

A: By default, they will remain the same as the original file names; if you choose to convert the format, the extension will change according to the output format. If duplicate names occur, a numeric suffix will be automatically added after the original name to distinguish them.

Answer: JPG does not support transparency channels. You can choose the desired background color in “JPG Background Color.” The tool will apply the background color first and then export the JPG to achieve the expected result.

Answer: We recommend enabling “Read EXIF Orientation.” Some photos contain orientation information. When enabled, the tool will correct the orientation first, then apply the rotation/flip settings.

Answer: Batch processing requires a certain amount of computing power and memory. Recommendations: 1) reduce the output quality; 2) limit the longest side to a smaller size; 3) process large numbers of images in batches; 4) close resource-intensive software before processing.

Answer: You can increase the font size, adjust the color and opacity, and appropriately increase the margins. If the image background is complex, we recommend using a higher-contrast watermark color or switching to an image watermark.
