Software Instructions

Select image files: Click the select image button, or drag images into the upload area. Common formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP, and GIF are supported, and you can select multiple images in batches.
Set size parameters: Choose a preset size, or manually enter the width and height. You can use three modes: proportional fit, fill and crop, and stretch, and you can also set the crop focus.
Set compression output: Adjust the quality value, choose to keep the original format or output as JPEG, PNG, WebP, or BMP, and set the background color, ZIP file name, and EXIF retention options as needed.
Save common settings: After confirming the parameters, click Save Settings to continue using the current configuration the next time you open the tool; click Restore Defaults when you need to reset it.
Start processing: Go to the processing and download step, then click Start Processing All Images. When uploading multiple files, the interface only shows previews of the first 20 images, but all files will be processed.
Download results: After processing is complete, you can download images individually or click Download All Results ZIP. Files with duplicate names will automatically have numbers appended for easy distinction.

A: Proportional fit keeps the original image ratio and displays the full content; fill and crop keeps the ratio and fills the target size, cropping off any excess; stretch forces the image to the specified width and height, which may cause distortion.

A: For photos, choose a value between 70 and 85 to balance clarity and file size; thumbnails can be lower; product images that need to retain details can use a higher quality value.

A: Format conversion, transparent background filling, a high quality value, or a very small original file can all make the result larger. You can enable the option to avoid increasing file size, or lower the quality value and process again.

A: Image processing uses memory and CPU. We recommend processing in batches, closing memory-intensive programs, prioritizing a fixed width or fixed height, and reducing the number of very large images processed at the same time.

A: No. Image reading, resizing, compression, format conversion, and packaging are all completed on your device, and the original images are not sent to the server.

A: GIFs are read as static images using the first frame, then exported as PNG, JPEG, WebP, or BMP according to the output settings. This is suitable for generating cover images, thumbnails, and static assets.
