Software Usage Instructions
- Set basic project information: Enter the project name, person in charge, start date, and duration unit. You can enable automatic dependency scheduling, workday calculation, critical path, and today line as needed for the project.
- Enter project tasks:
- Manual table: Fill in the task name, start offset, duration, dependent tasks, person in charge, progress, type, and color row by row.
- Paste data: Copy task data from a spreadsheet and paste it for parsing. Comma, Tab, semicolon, and vertical bar delimiters are supported.
- Import files: Supports CSV, XLSX, XLS, and JSON project files. For batch files, the first 20 will be displayed for verification.
- Project examples: Load sample projects such as software development, marketing campaigns, and engineering construction to quickly preview the results.
- Configure task relationships: Select predecessor dependencies and lag days for tasks. After automatic scheduling is enabled, subsequent tasks will calculate their start times based on dependency relationships.
- Adjust chart style: Set the chart title, width, row height, time scale, theme color, task color, progress color, and critical path color.
- Select displayed content: Control whether to show progress, dependency lines, assignees, dates, legend, and gridlines to fit reporting, printing, or internal scheduling scenarios.
- Generate Gantt chart: After clicking “Generate Gantt Chart,” you can view the project timeline, task bars, milestones, dependency lines, and statistics in the preview area.
- Export results: Supports PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML, and other formats. After batch importing multiple project files, you can download the results as a ZIP package.
- Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to retain the current project parameters and task table, so you can continue editing next time.
