Software Instructions

Enter the draw list:You can choose to enter it manually or import a file. Manual entry supports line breaks, English commas, and Chinese commas as separators; file import supports TXT, CSV, and XLSX.
Confirm the list preview:After importing, the list count and preview content will be displayed, and the system will automatically remove duplicates. When the list is large, only part of the preview is shown, but the draw is based on the complete list.
Set draw parameters:
- Number of people to draw:Set the number of people to draw in each round; it can be automatically adjusted based on the number of available entries.
- Draw speed:Choose slow/medium/fast; this only affects the animation pace.
- Allow repeat winners:When checked, the same person may be selected multiple times; when unchecked, winners will be excluded from the available draw list.
Start the draw:Click “Start Draw”; the tool will play a scrolling animation and determine the results for this round one by one.
View and manage results:After the draw is complete, you can view “Current Round Results” and “Cumulative Results”, continue drawing, copy the list, reset the draw, or export the results.
View draw history:Each round automatically generates a history record, including the time, winners for the round, and draw settings, making it easy to review.

FAQ

A: The tool randomly selects from the available list, and each draw is calculated independently. The draw speed only affects the display effect and does not change the draw logic.

A: TXT, CSV, and XLSX are supported. TXT and CSV can use line breaks or commas to separate content; XLSX reads the text content of the first worksheet as the list.

A: When unchecked, winners are removed from the available draw list to avoid duplicates. When checked, the same person may be selected again in different rounds, which is suitable for scenarios such as random questioning.

A: When repeat winners are not allowed, the number of eligible participants decreases as winners are selected. If the set draw count exceeds the eligible count, the system will automatically adjust it to a reasonable range.

A: The system automatically removes duplicate names to ensure each name in the list is unique. If you need to distinguish people with the same name, add an identifier after the name, such as “Zhang San 1” or “Zhang San 2”.

A: After the draw is complete, you can use “Copy List” to quickly copy the cumulative winners, or use “Export Results” to save the winner list and history as a TXT file.
