Software Usage Instructions

Set generation parameters: Enter the quantity to generate, choose random numbers or an incremental sequence, and set the random seed, starting number, and download file name as needed.
Select the output format: You can export CSV, TXT, JSON, or a plain IMSI list; TXT supports vertical layout, horizontal space-separated layout, and horizontal comma-separated layout.
Configure output fields: Choose whether to include index, country/region, operator, MCC, MNC, MSIN, and PLMN, and enable MCC-MNC-MSIN segmented display if needed.
Select the network scope: Search and filter the operator list by country, operator, MCC, or MNC, then check the networks to include in generation.
Add a custom PLMN: For dedicated test networks, you can manually enter the country/region, operator, 3-digit MCC, and 2- or 3-digit MNC.
Generate and export: Click “Generate IMSI” to view the preview, copy all results, download a single file, download as a ZIP package, or export a generation report.

FAQ

A: An IMSI usually consists of MCC, MNC, and MSIN. MCC stands for Mobile Country Code, MNC stands for Mobile Network Code, and MSIN is the mobile subscriber identification part. The complete number is no more than 15 digits.

A: The length of the Mobile Network Code can vary by country and region, commonly 2 or 3 digits. The tool automatically calculates the MSIN length based on the selected operator’s MNC length to ensure the total IMSI length is 15 digits.

A: Custom PLMNs are suitable for lab networks, dedicated test networks, system integration testing, or documentation demos. After entering a 3-digit MCC and a 2- or 3-digit MNC, they can be included in batch generation together with built-in operators.

A: Deduplicated generation is enabled by default, so duplicate IMSIs are skipped within the same batch. If the generation quantity is large and the available PLMNs are few, the target quantity may not be reached. In that case, you can increase the operator scope or disable deduplication.

A: By entering the same random seed and keeping the parameters consistent, you can generate the same batch of data, making it easier to reproduce tests, verify results, and collaborate with your team.

A: CSV is suitable for viewing tables and batch organization; TXT is suitable for quickly copying into test scripts; JSON is suitable for API integration testing or programmatic reading; plain IMSI is suitable for scenarios where only a list of numbers is needed.
