Software Usage Instructions

Select generation mode: Select "Single Generation" to generate terms of use for a single company, or select "Batch Generation" to process terms for multiple companies in bulk.
Single Generation Mode:
- Enter company information: Fill in the company name (required), website URL, company address, and contact email
- Generate terms: Click the "Generate Terms of Use" button, and the system will automatically generate a complete terms of use document
- Preview and edit: The generated terms will be displayed in the results area, where you can preview the full content
Batch Generation Mode:
- Prepare the data file: Create an Excel or CSV file containing the columns "Company Name", "Website URL", "Company Address", and "Contact Email"
- Upload file: Click the upload area or drag and drop files to the specified location; multiple files can be uploaded at the same time
- Batch processing: The system will automatically parse the file and generate the corresponding terms of use for each company
Download and export:
- Single generation: You can copy to the clipboard or download an HTML file
- Batch generation: Automatically packaged as a ZIP file for download, including all generated terms documents
View example: Click the "View Example" button to view the standard terms of use format and content structure.

FAQ

A: Single Generation is suitable for quickly generating terms of use for a single company. You can manually enter information and view the results immediately; Batch Generation is suitable for scenarios where terms need to be created in bulk for multiple companies or projects. By uploading an Excel or CSV file, you can process large amounts of data at once.

A: Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files are supported. The file should include the following column headers: "Company Name" (required), "Website URL", "Company Address", and "Contact Email". English column names such as "Company Name" and "Website URL" are also supported.

A: The generated Terms of Use include a complete legal document structure: acceptance of terms, service description, user accounts, code of conduct, content and intellectual property, privacy policy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and 15 other major sections, meeting the standard legal requirements for websites and applications.

A: If file parsing fails, please check: 1) whether the file format is a supported Excel or CSV format; 2) whether it contains a "Company Name" column with valid data; 3) whether the file is corrupted. We recommend saving CSV files with UTF-8 encoding to ensure Chinese characters display correctly.

Answer: In theory, there is no strict limit, but we recommend processing no more than 1,000 records at a time to ensure optimal performance. If you need to process a large amount of data, you can do it in batches. A progress bar and statistics will be displayed during processing, making it easy to track the processing status.

Answer: Currently, Terms of Use documents are generated in HTML format, including complete styling and formatting, and can be used directly on a website or converted to other formats.
