Software Usage Instructions

Prepare the asset library:Create a main folder on your computer, create subfolders in it by keyword (such as "Landscape" and "City"), and place the corresponding video assets into each subfolder.
Prepare subtitle files:Prepare SRT subtitle files. The subtitle text should include the names of the asset folders so the software can perform keyword matching.
Select files and paths:
- Asset root directory:Select the main directory that contains the keyword subfolders.
- Add SRT subtitles:Select one or more SRT subtitle files for the videos you want to create. Batch adding is supported.
- Save location:Set the save path for the generated videos.
Configure parameters (optional):
- Supplementary asset directory:Set a backup asset library. When no keyword can be matched, the software will automatically use videos from it to prevent black screens or skipped sections.
- Background music:Select the folder where the background music is located. The software will automatically choose music at random and merge it into the video.
- Volume settings:Adjust the background music volume as needed.
Start processing:Click the "Start Compositing" button, and the software will automatically parse the subtitles, match assets, trim clips, and merge them to generate the final video.

FAQ

A: The software reads each line of text in the SRT subtitles and checks whether it contains a folder name under the asset root directory. For example, if the subtitle contains "The weather is nice today" and there is a folder named "Weather" in the asset library, the system will automatically randomly select a video clip from the "Weather" folder.

A: It is recommended to set a supplementary asset directory. When no keywords appear in the subtitles, or when the videos in the matched folder are not long enough, the system will automatically randomly select videos from the supplementary asset directory to fill the gaps and ensure smooth video playback.

A: The software has built-in intelligent deduplication logic. During the generation of the same video, it will prioritize unused video files; if reuse is necessary, it will also try to start trimming from different time points to avoid repeated footage as much as possible.

A: Yes. You can add multiple SRT subtitle files at once, and the software will process them in queue, generating a separate video file for each SRT file. This is ideal for batch-producing novel promo videos or short videos.

A: Video synthesis depends on CPU performance. Recommendations: 1) use a computer with better performance; 2) try not to use overly large source videos (for example, high-bitrate 4K videos will increase processing time); 3) make sure the media library is on a hard drive with fast read speeds.
