Software Usage Instructions

Select video folders: The software supports setting three folders (A, B, C). Click the corresponding "Browse" button to select a folder containing video files. Common video formats such as MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and FLV are supported.
Set selection mode:
- Random: Randomly selects one video from the folder each time; the same video may be selected repeatedly
- Non-repeating random: Selects randomly without repetition until all videos have been used
Enable folders: Check the "Enable" checkbox after each folder to determine whether that folder participates in merging. Unchecked folders will be skipped.
Select output directory: Click the "Browse" button for the output directory and select where to save the merged video files.
Set generation quantity: Set the number of videos to generate in the "Number of videos to generate" input box. Entering 0 means no limit, and the software will automatically determine the number based on the videos in the folders.
Unified resolution (optional):
- Check "Unified resolution" to ensure all merged videos have the same resolution
- Select a reference folder (A/B/C) from the dropdown menu, and other videos will be scaled according to the video resolution of this folder
Start merging: Click the "Start" button, and the software will automatically retrieve videos from the selected folders and merge them. Output files will be named sequentially as 00001.mp4, 00002.mp4, etc.
Stop processing: To interrupt the operation, click the "Stop" button to stop the current processing task.

FAQ

A: Random mode randomly selects one video from the folder each time, and the same video may be selected multiple times; non-repeating random mode ensures each video is selected only once, and will not start over until all videos in the folder have been used.

A: When videos in different folders have inconsistent resolutions, merging them directly may cause playback issues or image distortion. After enabling the unified resolution feature, the software will automatically scale all videos to the resolution of the videos in the reference folder, ensuring consistent visuals in the merged video.

A: The software supports common video formats such as MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and FLV. We recommend using MP4 for better compatibility and processing efficiency.

A: When the number of generated videos is set to 0, the software will automatically determine the number of merges based on the enabled folder with the most videos. For example, if Folder A has 10 videos and Folder B has 5 videos, 10 merged videos will be generated.

A: Yes. You only need to select the "Enable" checkbox for the folders you want to include in the merge. Unchecked folders will not be included. The software requires at least one enabled folder to start processing.

A: The merged video files are automatically named by sequence number, in the format of a five-digit number plus the .mp4 extension, such as 00001.mp4, 00002.mp4, 00003.mp4, and so on, making them easy to manage and use later.

Answer: Yes. After clicking the "Stop" button, the software will stop after finishing the video currently being processed. Videos that have already been merged will remain in the output directory and will not be deleted.
