Software Usage Instructions

Select video files: Click the “Choose File” area or drag in video files. You can select multiple videos at once. The interface only displays the first 20 files; the remaining files will be added to the queue during processing.
Set removal duration:
- Remove duration from the beginning: Enter the number of seconds to delete from the start of the video. Decimals are supported.
- Remove duration from the end: Enter the number of seconds to delete from the end of the video. Decimals are supported.
- At least one removal duration must be set, and the remaining clip after removal must be greater than 0.
Use example parameters: Click an example card to quickly fill in common settings, such as removing only the intro, only the outro, trimming both ends, or making fine adjustments.
Configure output settings:
- Output format: You can keep the original format or output as MP4, WebM, or MOV.
- Editing method: Auto select, fast trimming, or precise re-encoding. Fast trimming is quicker, while precise re-encoding is better for output that needs stable compatibility.
- Video quality: Three options are available: high quality, balanced quality, and smaller file. These only take effect when re-encoding.
- Audio processing: You can use automatic compatibility, keep the original audio, convert to AAC, or remove audio.
- Save settings: After clicking “Save Settings,” your commonly used parameters will be automatically restored the next time you open the tool.
Start processing: Go to the “Process & Download” tab, confirm the number of files to be processed and the output rules, then click “Start Processing.”
Preview and download: After processing is complete, you can preview some results, download an individual video, or click “Download All Results as ZIP” to get all processed videos.

FAQ

A: Fast trimming tries to preserve the original encoding as much as possible and processes faster, making it suitable for regular batch trimming. Precise re-encoding regenerates the video stream and takes longer, but it is more stable in terms of timestamp control and format compatibility. In general, you can try Auto Select mode first.

A: First check the approximate length of the intro, outro, or ad segment in the original video, then enter the number of seconds in the corresponding input field. For example, enter 3 if the beginning segment is 3 seconds, and enter 5.5 if the ending segment is 5.5 seconds. You can set both input fields at the same time or set only one of them.

A: Processed files will keep the original file names as much as possible. If multiple output files have the same name, the system will append a number to the file name, such as video.mp4 or video-2.mp4, to prevent files in the compressed archive from overwriting each other.

A: Common video formats such as MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, WMV, M4V, TS, FLV, and OGV are supported. For better playback compatibility, we recommend outputting as MP4.

A: Common reasons include: the video file is corrupted, the encoding format is not supported in the current environment, the removal duration exceeds the total video length, insufficient device memory, or the file is too large. You can reduce the number of files in the queue, lower the output quality, or switch to precise re-encoding mode and process again.

A: Video processing uses a significant amount of CPU and memory. We recommend processing large files in batches, and do not refresh the page or close the window during processing. If you have many videos, test the settings with a smaller set of files first, then process the full queue.

A: If you are only organizing the same batch of media, keeping the original format can reduce format changes; if you need to use the files in more players, editing software, or platforms, MP4 is usually more convenient. WebM is suitable for web scenarios, while MOV is suitable for some editing workflows.

A: Yes. After processing is complete, the results area will display previews of some videos, and each result will have its own download button. If you need to get all results, you can use the “Download All Results ZIP” button to save them all at once.
