Set video files, watermark image, watermark position, and output format before processing and downloading. For batch uploads, the list shows only the first 20 files, but all files will be processed.

Software Usage Instructions

Select video files: Click “Select or drag in video files” to add videos that need an image watermark. Common formats such as MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WEBM, M4V, and TS are supported, and batch selection is available.
Select watermark image: Click “Select image watermark” to upload images such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, BMP, and GIF. A PNG with a transparent channel is recommended for a logo or branding watermark.
Set watermark parameters: In “Watermark Settings,” choose a position in the 3x3 grid and adjust the watermark width, opacity, margin, rotation angle, and display duration.
Configure output parameters: In “Output Parameters,” choose MP4, WebM, or keep a compatible original extension, and set the video quality, resolution, encoding speed, audio processing method, and ZIP file name.
Save common settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current watermark and output parameters, which will be automatically restored next time.
Start processing and download: After entering “Process Download,” click “Start Adding Watermark.” Once complete, you can preview the first 6 results and click “Download All Results ZIP” to save all files.

FAQ

A: Videos support common formats such as MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WEBM, M4V, and TS; images support formats such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, BMP, and GIF. For logo watermarks, transparent PNG images are usually more suitable.

A: The watermark width can be set as a percentage of the video width, commonly between 10% and 25%. Opacity can be adjusted according to the brightness of the image, so the brand mark is visible while reducing obstruction of the main content.

A: Yes. In “Display Duration,” select “Specified duration at beginning” and enter the end time or duration. You can also select “Custom start and end” to make the watermark appear only within a specified interval.

A: Result files will keep the original file names as much as possible. If the output format changes, only the extension is replaced; if duplicate names occur, a number will be appended to the file name to distinguish them, and all files will be packaged into a ZIP file.

A: Some older containers are not compatible with the current encoding parameters. To improve output compatibility, the tool will automatically switch to MP4 output when it is not suitable to keep the original extension.

A: Video transcoding uses a lot of memory and CPU. You can lower the output quality or resolution, reduce the number of files processed at the same time, and close other resource-intensive programs.

A: Common causes include corrupted files, incompatible encoding, insufficient memory due to oversized files, abnormal image formats, or mismatched output parameters. You can switch to MP4 output, lower the quality, or try again with a video file using standard encoding.
