Software Usage Instructions
- Select OFD files: Click the selection area to import one or more OFD files, or use the sample OFD for a quick trial.
- Set output parameters: Choose PNG, JPEG, or WebP format, and set the output scale, image quality, background color, and ZIP directory mode.
- Set page range: Select all pages, the first page only, or custom page numbers, such as
1,3,5-8. - Preview and check: Click “Generate Preview” to check whether the page layout, clarity, background, and image elements meet your needs.
- Start conversion: After confirming the settings, click “Start Conversion,” and the system will process all selected OFD files.
- Download results: After conversion is complete, you can preview some images and click “Download ZIP” to save all results.
FAQ
A: PNG, JPEG, and WebP are supported. PNG is suitable for preserving sharp edges, JPEG is suitable for controlling file size, and WebP offers a balance between clarity and compression ratio.
A: You can enter a single page, a continuous range, or a combination of page numbers, such as
1, 2-5, or 1,3,6-9. Invalid page numbers will be skipped automatically.A: Output images will use the original OFD file name as much as possible; page numbers will be appended for multi-page files, and serial numbers will be added automatically to distinguish duplicate names.
A: 1x is suitable for quick previews, 1.5x for everyday viewing, 2x for archiving and pre-print checks, and 3x for zooming in to view details. The higher the scale, the larger the image file size.
A: A small number of OFD files may contain special fonts, complex vectors, seals, or encrypted resources. Please check the preview first. You can try enabling text, image, and vector rendering options and increasing the output scale.
A: After batch processing is complete, a ZIP archive will be generated. You can choose flat output or organize images into folders by OFD file.
