Software Usage Instructions

Set recognition parameters: First choose Fast, Balanced, or Accurate recognition mode in “Parameter Settings,” and enable options such as inverted QR codes, rotation correction, and center area enhancement based on the image.
Choose the output method: Set CSV table, TXT text, JSON data, or Excel-compatible CSV, and choose how to handle failed items: keep markers, skip export, or append retries.
Save common settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep the current parameters, which will be automatically restored the next time you open it; click “Restore Defaults” when you need to reconfigure.
Import QR code images: Go to the “Select Images” page, click the upload area or drag and drop image files to add JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, and other common image formats in batches.
View file previews: The interface displays previews of the first 20 files, while the remaining files are indicated by a text count. All files will still be processed when recognition starts.
Start batch recognition: After going to the “Start Recognition” page, click “Start Recognition.” The tool will decode the QR code in each image according to the settings and display the processing progress.
View and export results: After recognition is complete, you can view the number of successes, number of failures, and the first 20 results, copy the results, download the summary file, or download a ZIP archive containing individual file results.

FAQ

A: Common image formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP are supported. For better recognition stability, use images with clear QR codes, complete edges, and good contrast.

A: Fast recognition is suitable for clear screenshots; Balanced recognition balances speed and preprocessing; Accurate recognition attempts grayscale, inversion, rotation, scaling, and center area enhancement, making it suitable for images with skewed angles or average contrast.

A: It supports recognition of standard QR code content, including URLs, plain text, WiFi configurations, vCard contact cards, email addresses, phone numbers, SMS, events, and location information.

A: You can switch to precise recognition mode and enable inverted-color QR codes, rotation correction, and center-area enhancement. If some items still fail, click “Retry Failed Items” on the results page to process them again.

A: Yes. To keep the interface clear, only previews of the first 20 files are shown, but files that are not displayed will still be included in recognition, statistics, and export.

A: CSV tables, TXT text, JSON data, and Excel-compatible CSV are supported. Batch results can also be packaged as a ZIP file, which includes a summary file and the recognized content corresponding to each file.

A: Single-file results in the ZIP will retain the original file name as the base name. If duplicate names occur, a numeric suffix will be appended to the file name to prevent files from overwriting each other.
