Software Usage Instructions

Select image files: Click the selection area or drag images into the tool. You can select multiple JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, or GIF images at once. When selecting in batches, the interface only displays the first 20 images, but all images will be included during processing.
Set watermark text: Enter the watermark content in “Text Style”. Line breaks are supported, and you can also insert dynamic variables such as file name, sequence number, date, and dimensions.
Adjust text style: You can set the font, font weight, font size ratio, color, opacity, line height, letter spacing, stroke, shadow, background color block, and blend mode.
Choose watermark position: In “Position Layout”, choose top left, bottom right, center, random, tiled watermark, or edge repeat, and adjust margins, offsets, rotation angle, and tile spacing.
Configure export settings: You can choose to keep the original format or export as PNG, JPG, or WebP. JPG/WebP quality can be adjusted, and you can choose to keep the original size or limit the longest side.
Start processing: After confirming the settings, click “Start Processing”. Once processing is complete, a ZIP file will be generated. Click “Download ZIP” to save all results.
File naming rules: By default, the original file names are preserved as much as possible. If output file names are duplicated, a number will be automatically added after the file name, such as photo(1).jpg.

FAQ

A: No. Image reading, watermark rendering, and ZIP packaging are all completed locally on your device. The original images and processed results will not be uploaded to the server.

A: The original file names will be preserved as much as possible. If multiple files have the same name, the tool will automatically add numbers to distinguish them; if you choose to convert the format, the extension will be adjusted according to the export format.

A: Tiled watermarks are suitable for ID images, stock images, samples, design drafts, and other scenarios that require full-coverage copyright marking. You can reduce obstruction of the main content by adjusting opacity, rotation angle, and spacing.

A: JPG is suitable for photo-based images and usually has a smaller file size; PNG is suitable for screenshots, transparent images, and images that need sharp edges; WebP is suitable for balancing clarity and file size.

A: Text watermark rendering is based on an image canvas, so GIFs are processed as a static first frame. If you need to preserve the animation, we recommend using a dedicated GIF watermarking tool.
