Software Usage Instructions

Handwrite or import a signature: You can write your signature directly on the canvas, or choose a signature image taken by photo or scan.
Set brush parameters: In handwriting mode, you can adjust the pen color and pen width, and use undo, redo, clear, and sample signature features.
Set extraction parameters: For image signatures, you can use a brightness threshold or color key to remove the background, and set the threshold, tolerance, background color, output color, edge processing, noise reduction strength, and export margin.
Process imported images: After selecting an image, confirm the parameters first, then click “Process Imported Image”. The tool will extract the signature content and crop it according to the margin.
Preview and export: Click “Generate Preview” to check the transparency effect. You can download PNG or SVG, or copy the PNG to the clipboard.
Batch processing: After selecting multiple signature images, click “Start Processing”. The interface only displays the first 20 files and the first 20 results, while all results will be added to the ZIP download package.
Save settings: Frequently used brush, background removal, export, and batch parameters can be saved by clicking “Save Settings” and reused the next time you open the tool.

FAQ

A: PNG is suitable for inserting into Word, PDF, spreadsheets, and images; SVG is suitable for scenarios requiring enlargement, layout, or printing, as the lines remain clear after scaling.

A: Brightness threshold is suitable for signature images with a white or light-colored background; color key is suitable for images with a relatively fixed background color, allowing you to control the removal range using the background color and tolerance.

A: You can enable “Smooth Edges” and adjust the brightness threshold or color tolerance appropriately; if there is a lot of background noise, set the noise reduction strength to “Slight” or “Strong”.

A: The tool will automatically crop based on the signature content, but it will preserve the “export margin.” If you need a more compact result, you can reduce the margin or set it to 0.

A: By default, output files keep their original filenames. If duplicate names occur, a number is appended to the filename, such as “signature.png,” “signature(1).png,” and “signature(2).png.”
