Software Usage Instructions

1Select Image Files

Click the upload area or drag and drop image files directly into the designated area. Common image formats such as JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, GIF, and WebP are supported. You can select multiple images at once for batch recognition.

2Configure Recognition Settings

Select the appropriate recognition language based on the image content (supports multiple languages including Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean), choose a recognition mode (uniform text block, single line of text, single word, etc.), and enable image preprocessing enhancement to improve recognition accuracy.

3Set Output Options

Select the output format (TXT, Markdown, JSON, CSV), adjust the confidence threshold, and decide whether to include text position information and confidence data.

4Start Recognition

Click the "Start Text Recognition" button, and the system will process each image one by one while displaying recognition progress and results in real time. After recognition is complete, you can copy the text content of each image individually or download the complete recognition results file.

FAQ

Why is the recognition accuracy low?

Recognition accuracy is greatly affected by image quality. Recommendations: 1) use high-resolution images; 2) ensure clear text contrast; 3) enable the "Image Preprocessing Enhancement" feature; 4) select the correct recognition language; 5) avoid images where the text is too small or blurry.

Which image formats are supported?

Common image formats are supported, including JPG/JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, GIF, WebP, and more. PNG or JPG format is recommended, and the file size should preferably be within 10MB to ensure processing speed.

How many images can be processed at once?

There is theoretically no limit on the number, but it is recommended to process no more than 50 images at a time to ensure stability. For large batches, it is recommended to process them in batches to avoid processing failures caused by insufficient device memory.

Will images be uploaded to a server?

No. All OCR recognition processes are completed locally on your device. Image files will not be uploaded to any server, fully protecting your privacy and data security.

Is handwritten text recognition supported?

Supported, but the recognition accuracy for handwritten text is relatively lower than for printed text. It is recommended that handwriting be as neat and clear as possible, with a moderate font size. For messy handwritten content, it is recommended to perform image processing first to improve clarity.

What formats can the recognition results be exported to?

Export in multiple formats is supported: 1) TXT plain text format; 2) Markdown format; 3) JSON structured data; 4) CSV table format. During batch processing, the results will be automatically packaged into a ZIP file for easy download.
