Software Usage Instructions

Select XLSX files: Click the “Choose File” button to select the .xlsx files you want to filter. You can also drag in files or select a folder. For multiple files, only the first 20 are shown in the interface, but all selected files will be included during processing.
Set worksheets and row range: Choose to process all worksheets, the first worksheet, or a specified worksheet, and set the number of header rows, start row, end row, and how to handle empty rows.
Set filter columns: Filter by column letters, such as A:C or A,C,F; you can also match columns by header name, or select all columns for filtering.
Enter keyword rules: Enter one or more keywords, separated by line breaks, English commas, or vertical bars, and choose a matching method: contains, exact match, starts with, ends with, or regular expression.
Configure output results: Choose to save separately by original file or merge into one file, set the output format to XLSX or CSV, and configure the ZIP file name, empty result handling, source information, and CSV encoding.
Start processing and download: Go to the “Process & Download” page and click “Start Filtering and Package”. After processing is complete, click “Download Result ZIP” to get the filtered results.

FAQ

A: Currently, .xlsx files are supported. .xls is not supported. You can first save it as .xlsx using Excel or spreadsheet software, then process it.

A: Yes. After selecting multiple XLSX files, the interface only shows the first 20 files, but all selected files will be included during processing. In separate save mode, results are generated using the original file names, and numbers are added automatically if names duplicate.

A: Specified columns are suitable for tables with fixed column positions, such as filtering A:C; header-based filtering is suitable for tables where the column order may change, such as locating columns by header names like “City”, “Notes”, and “Tags”.

A: You can choose “Match any (OR)” or “Match all (AND)”. OR means the row will be kept if it matches any keyword, while AND means the row will only be kept when all keywords are matched.

A: You can choose this in the output settings. If empty result files are not generated, files with no matches will be skipped; if empty result files are generated, the header row will be kept or a “No matching results” message will be written.

A: Separate save mode uses the original file name. For example, 客户数据.xlsx is still exported as 客户数据.xlsx. If a file with the same name already exists in the ZIP, a numbered name such as 客户数据 (2).xlsx will be generated.

A: You can reduce the worksheet range, narrow the filter column range, process files in batches, and close resource-intensive programs. If the merged result has many rows, you can set an XLSX row limit to split the results into multiple files.
