Software Usage Instructions

Select images: Click the upload area to select images, or drag and drop images into the upload area. Common image formats such as JPG, PNG, WEBP, and BMP are supported, and you can select multiple images at once.
Select subtitle content mode:
- Use the same subtitles for all images: Suitable for adding unified copy, explanatory text, or cover subtitles to images in bulk.
- Use different subtitles for each image: Suitable for using different descriptions for different images. Multiple subtitle lines can be separated with the vertical bar symbol.
Enter subtitle content: Add or delete subtitle lines in the “Subtitle Content” step. Each subtitle line will generate a separate subtitle bar, making it easy to display multiple sections of text.
Adjust subtitle style:
- Text style: You can set the font, font size, font weight, text color, stroke color, stroke width, shadow, and alignment.
- Subtitle bar style: You can set the subtitle bar height, spacing, bottom margin, left and right margins, background color, opacity, rounded corners, and text padding.
- Output settings: You can choose PNG, JPEG, or WEBP format, set the output quality, and choose whether to keep the original file name or add a suffix.
Preview effect: After uploading images or loading sample images, you can view the subtitle effect for the first image in the preview area. After changing parameters, you can click “Refresh Preview”.
Generate and download: Go to the “Generate Download” step and click “Generate Subtitled Images”. After processing is complete, you can download the current preview image, or click “Download All ZIP” to get all results.

FAQ

A: Common image formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and BMP are supported. The output format can be PNG, JPEG, or WEBP. PNG is suitable for preserving image details, while JPEG and WEBP can control file size through the quality setting.

A: In unified subtitle mode, click “Add Subtitle Line” to add a subtitle line. In per-image subtitle mode, you can use the vertical bar symbol in each image’s input box to separate multiple lines, for example “First line|Second line|Third line”.

A: By default, the original file name is kept, and only the extension is changed according to the selected output format. If multiple result files have the same name, the tool will automatically add numbers after the file name to distinguish them. You can also choose to add a subtitle suffix in the output settings.

A: You can increase the transparency of the subtitle bar background, choose a text color that contrasts clearly with the image background, increase the stroke width, enable text shadow, or appropriately increase the font size. A dark background bar with light text is usually more suitable for complex images.

A: The interface only displays the first 20 images for review, to prevent a large number of thumbnails from affecting page operation. During actual processing, all selected images will be processed. Once generation is complete, you can download the full results via a ZIP file.

A: Image processing uses device memory and computing resources. It is recommended to process large numbers of images in batches, reduce the number of images per run, choose JPEG or WEBP output and lower the quality appropriately, or compress oversized original images before processing them.
