Software Usage Instructions

Select an input method: Choose “Text Input” to paste content directly, or choose “TXT File” to batch process multiple text files.
Enter or select content: Text input is suitable for poems, classical Chinese, short articles, and design copy; TXT files are suitable for batch conversion of document content.
Set vertical layout parameters: Choose vertical layout from right to left, vertical layout from left to right, or horizontal preview, and set the number of characters per column, font size, column spacing, character spacing, and font style.
Adjust the style: Set image width and height, padding, text color, paper color, and border style, and enable options such as vertical punctuation conversion and preserving blank lines as needed.
Select output format: TXT, HTML, and PNG image formats are supported. You can select one format or generate multiple formats at the same time.
Generate and download: After clicking “Generate Conversion Result,” you can download individual files; for batch results, click “Download All ZIP” to get a compressed package.

A: Right to left is suitable for traditional Chinese, classical Chinese, poetry, and Japanese vertical text; left to right is suitable for modern vertical display content that needs to start from the left side.

A: This feature converts common horizontal punctuation into forms more suitable for reading in vertical layout, such as parentheses, title marks, commas, periods, question marks, and exclamation marks.

A: Batch conversion uses the original TXT file names to generate the results. If duplicate file names are found, the system will add numbers after the file names to distinguish them and package the results into a ZIP file for download.

A: Yes. You can adjust the image width, height, and padding in the layout settings, and also modify the font size, character spacing, column spacing, background color, and border style.

A: In vertical typesetting, CJK characters and Latin letters follow different display rules. If there is a lot of English text or numbers, try a horizontal preview, a monospaced font, or export the image for use in layout design.
