Tool Usage

Supports .docx files. You can select multiple files at once. The first 20 files are shown, but all selected files will be processed.
Set find and replace rules
Add multiple rules. The tool processes them in order. Regex mode is for patterned content such as numbers, dates, and comments.
Process document and download results
Before starting, check files, rules, and scope. After processing, single files can be downloaded directly; multiple files will be zipped.

Software Usage Instructions
- Select DOCX files: Click the upload area to select the Word documents you need to process. You can select a single file or multiple DOCX files at once.
- View the file list: When multiple files are selected, the page displays the first 20 files, and the remaining files are indicated by quantity. All selected files will be included during processing.
- Set replacement rules:
- Find: Enter the text, phrase, or regular expression to be replaced.
- Replace with: Enter the new replacement content. Leave it blank to delete matched text.
- Multiple rules: Click “Add Rule” to set multiple find-and-replace rules. The tool will execute them in order.
- Sample data: Click “Load Sample Data” to quickly fill in common replacement rules, then modify them according to your actual content.
- Configure matching options:
- Case sensitive: Suitable for replacements in English content where letter case must be distinguished.
- Whole word match: Replaces only complete words to reduce incorrect replacements.
- Use regular expressions: Suitable for patterned content such as dates, numbers, phone numbers, and fixed-format text.
- Replacement limit: You can limit the number of replacements for each rule in each file. 0 means no limit.
- Select replacement scope: The document body is processed by default. You can also select text areas such as headers, footers, footnotes, endnotes, and comments.
- Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current rules and parameters for future use.
- Start replacement: Go to the “Process & Download” step. After confirming the number of files, number of rules, and replacement scope, click “Start Replacement”.
- Download results: After a single file is processed, you can download the DOCX directly. After multiple files are processed, click “Download All Results ZIP” to get the compressed package. Output file names match the original file names by default, and numbers are automatically added to distinguish duplicate names.
