Software Instructions

Select the main folder: Click the "Browse" button and select the folder containing the images to be processed. Common image formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF, and TIFF are supported.
Set traversal options: Check "Traverse subdirectories" to process images in the main folder and all its subfolders. This is suitable for batch processing multi-level folder structures.
Select the save directory: Click the "Browse" button and choose where to save the processed ID photos.
Select photo size: Choose the required ID photo size from the drop-down list. The following specifications are supported:
- 1-inch photo: 295×413 pixels, commonly used for various IDs
- 2-inch photo: 413×579 pixels, commonly used for passports and visas
- Small 1-inch photo: 260×378 pixels, commonly used for driver's licenses, etc.
- Large 1-inch photo: 390×567 pixels, Chinese passport specification
- Small 2-inch photo: 413×531 pixels
- ID card photo: 358×441 pixels
- Marriage photo: 579×413 pixels (landscape)
Select background color: Click the "Select background color" button and choose the desired background color from the palette (such as red, white, blue, etc.). The color preview area will display the selected color in real time.
Set DPI: Drag the slider to set the DPI value of the output image (72-600). 300 DPI is recommended to ensure print quality.
Start processing: Click the "Start" button. The software will automatically use AI background removal technology to remove the background and generate standard ID photos according to the specified parameters.
View results: After processing is complete, view the generated ID photo files in the save directory.

FAQ

A: The software supports common image formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF, and TIFF. It is recommended to use a clear front-facing portrait photo for better background removal results.

A: Select the corresponding size based on the document type: use "ID card photo" (358×441) for ID cards, "Small 1-inch photo" (260×378) for driver's licenses, and "Large 1-inch photo" (390×567) or "2-inch photo" (413×579) for passports. If unsure, check the official requirements for the specific document.

A: Different documents have different background color requirements: white is commonly used for passports, visas, and academic certificates; blue is commonly used for ID cards, social security cards, and work permits; red is commonly used for marriage certificates, driver's licenses, etc. Please refer to the official requirements for the relevant document.

A: 300 DPI is the standard setting for print output and is suitable for most ID photo needs; if it is only for electronic submission, you can choose 150-200 DPI; for high-definition printing, you can choose a higher DPI value (such as 600 DPI).

A: The cutout result is greatly affected by the quality of the original image. Recommended: 1) use photos with sufficient lighting and a simple background; 2) ensure there is a clear color contrast between the person and the background; 3) use clear photos with higher resolution; 4) use front-facing, bareheaded photos. Complex backgrounds or blurry photos may result in cutout edges that are not detailed enough.

A: AI cutout requires a lot of computing resources. Recommended: 1) process in batches, no more than 100 images at a time; 2) close other programs that use a lot of memory; 3) use an SSD to improve read/write speed; 4) ensure your computer has sufficient memory (8GB or more recommended).

A: The processed ID photo will be saved in PNG format, supporting high-quality output. If a file with the same name already exists in the save directory, the software will automatically add a number to avoid overwriting it, ensuring that all processed results are kept.
