Software Usage Instructions

Select canvas size: Choose Douyin 9:16, Xiaohongshu 3:4, or square size, or customize the width and height in pixels.
Set background style:
- Default style: Beige gradient background; you can adjust the main color and shadow color, and enable decorative plant leaf shadows
- Solid color background: Choose any color as the background
- Custom image: Upload an image as the background, automatically stretched to the canvas size
Adjust note paper: Set the paper color, grid color, grid size, paper corner radius, and aspect ratio, and choose whether to show the grid and top dashed line.
Set clip: Adjust the clip color and size, and choose whether to show the clip.
Edit main title: Click "Add Line" to add text lines. Each line can have its own text content, font size, and color.
Edit subtitle/signature: Set the subtitle text in the lower-right corner, and adjust the font size, color, and position.
Select font: Choose fonts such as handwriting, Songti, Heiti, or Kaiti separately for the main title and subtitle, with support for uploading custom font files.
Add decorative elements: Choose decorations such as a brush, fountain pen, pencil, flowers, or leaves, and adjust their size and position offset.
Quick examples: Click buttons such as "Artistic Healing" or "Inspirational Quotes" to quickly load preset styles.
Download cover: Select the export format (PNG/JPEG/WebP) and quality, then click "Download Cover Image" to save it.
Batch creation: Switch to the "Batch Creation" tab, enter multiple lines of text, use | to separate main title lines, use || to separate the main title and subtitle, then click generate to download them as a ZIP package.

FAQ

A: In "Font Settings", select "Handwriting (Cursive)" or "Xingkai (STXingkai)". The system will automatically render the text using a calligraphy-like font. If you need a specific calligraphy font, you can select "Custom Font" and upload a font file in TTF/OTF/WOFF format.

A: In the batch text input box, use || to separate the main title and subtitle. For example: "Giving up will surely leave regrets|But some things||If the south wind knows my heart,|Do not let the evening brew fall into dusk.", where the text before || is the main title (use | to separate multiple lines), and the text after || is the subtitle (use | to separate two lines).

A: In the "Background Settings" area, click the "Custom Image" button, then click "Upload Background Image" to select a local image file. The uploaded image will be automatically stretched to the canvas size. For best results, we recommend using an image with a similar aspect ratio to the canvas.

A: Font display depends on the fonts installed on your device. If the selected font does not exist on your device, the system will automatically use a fallback font. We recommend using the "Custom Font" feature to upload the font file you need to ensure consistent display.

A: During batch generation, the file name defaults to the first 20 characters of the first line of the main title. If duplicate names occur, the system will automatically add a numeric suffix to the file name to distinguish them, such as "Giving up will definitely leave regrets.png" and "Giving up will definitely leave regrets-1.png".

A: You can change the size of the sticky note by adjusting the "Paper Width (%)" and "Paper Height (%)" sliders in "Sticky Note Settings". The sticky note will be automatically centered on the canvas and placed slightly lower to leave space for the clip.

A: PNG is a lossless compression format, suitable for scenarios requiring high clarity; JPEG files are smaller and suitable for online sharing; WebP balances quality and file size. For quality options, "High Quality" preserves the original sharpness, "Standard" is suitable for everyday use, and "Compressed" produces a smaller file size.
