Software Usage Instructions

Configure the AI model: When using it for the first time, click the "Settings" button to the right of "Select Model" on the main interface to add AI model configuration information. You need to enter a display name, API address, API Key, and model name, and select the interface type (OpenAI-compatible interfaces and the official DeepSeek interface are supported). After saving, it is ready to use.
Enter lead generation parameters: Fill in the following information on the main interface:
- Product information: Enter your product name or description, such as "parking heater"
- Target customers: Enter the target customer type, such as "RV manufacturers, modification shops, distributors"
- Target region: Enter the target market region, such as "global", "Europe", or "North America"
- User characteristics: Enter a description of your ideal customer, such as "companies with clear import needs"
Select model and export format: Select a configured AI model from the drop-down list, choose the save format (txt plain text/md Markdown/html web page format), and enter the number of customers you want to obtain.
Start acquisition: Click the "Start Acquisition" button, and the program will automatically call the AI model to obtain customer information one by one. After each customer is obtained, it will pause for 3 seconds to avoid overly frequent requests. You can view the progress in real time in the log area during the process.
View results: The obtained customer information is automatically saved in the results folder under the software directory, with each customer saved as a separate file. The program automatically records already obtained customers and removes duplicates to avoid repeated acquisition.
Stop task: If you need to stop midway, click the "Stop Task" button to safely terminate the current acquisition task.

FAQ

A: All AI models compatible with the OpenAI interface format are supported (such as various models routed through NewAPI), as well as the official DeepSeek interface. Enter the API address, API Key, and model name in Settings to complete the configuration. Multiple models can be added and switched at any time.

A: Based on the product information and target customer characteristics you enter, the AI will intelligently analyze and return matching potential customer information, usually including key details such as company name, business description, contact information, and website address. The specific content depends on the AI model's analysis results and prompt configuration.

A: The software has a built-in automatic deduplication mechanism. Each successfully retrieved customer name is recorded in the "Existing Customers.txt" file. During subsequent retrievals, the AI will automatically exclude these existing customers, ensuring that each retrieval provides new customer leads.

A: txt format is plain text, making it easy to copy and use directly, with links displayed as full URLs; md format is Markdown format, with a clear structure and suitable for viewing in editors that support Markdown; html format is a web page format, with attractive formatting and can be opened directly for viewing, making it suitable for organizing and archiving.

A: Please check the following: 1) Make sure the network connection is working; 2) Check whether the API Key is correct and has not expired; 3) Confirm that the API address is entered correctly; 4) Check whether the selected model name matches the one provided by the API service provider. The software has a built-in automatic retry mechanism. If a single retrieval fails, it will automatically retry up to 3 times.

A: Yes. You can add multiple AI model configurations in the settings interface. Each model can use a different API address, Key, and model name. When using the software, simply switch between them in the dropdown menu on the main interface, making it easy to compare the customer acquisition results of different models.

A: It is recommended to set the quantity according to your actual needs. Retrieving 10-50 customers each time is generally appropriate. Since the software pauses for 3 seconds after retrieving each customer to ensure stability, retrieving too many at once will take a long time. You can retrieve them in multiple batches, and the software will automatically record existing customers to avoid duplicates.
