Software Usage Instructions

Select a translation mode: Select the "Single Document Translation" or "Batch Translation" tab at the top of the page, and choose the appropriate mode based on the number of files you need to process.
Upload Excel files:
- Single document mode: Click the "Select Excel File" button and choose a document in XLSX or CSV format
- Batch mode: Click the "Select Multiple Excel Files" button to select multiple Excel documents for batch processing at the same time
Configure API settings:
- API address: Enter an OpenAI-compatible API service address (official address by default)
- API key: Enter your API key for authentication
- Model name: Specify the translation model to use (such as gpt-3.5-turbo)
Select target language: Select the target translation language from the drop-down menu. The world's top ten major languages are supported, and you can also select "Custom Language" to enter a specific language.
Set concurrency: Based on API limits and processing needs, select 1-20 concurrent tasks to control translation speed and stability.
Start translation: Click the "Start Translation" or "Start Batch Translation" button. The system will automatically process the documents and display the translation progress.
Download results: After translation is complete, in single document mode you can directly download the translated file, while in batch mode a ZIP archive will be generated for download.
