Software Usage Instructions

Select a text source: You can paste text directly, or upload TXT, MD, CSV, SRT, LOG, DOCX, or PDF files. To try it quickly, you can load sample data.
Organize text content: Enable options as needed, such as cleaning HTML, filtering stop words, filtering pure numbers, and case sensitivity.
Set word frequency analysis parameters: Adjust the number of words to display, minimum word length, Chinese word segmentation method, Chinese phrase length, and add custom filter words.
Set word cloud style: Choose the font, font weight, background color, transparent background, color scheme, canvas width and height, font size range, word spacing, rotation strategy, and word cloud shape.
Pre-analyze word frequency: Click “Pre-analyze Word Frequency” to view the high-frequency word list and confirm whether the keywords meet your expectations.
Generate the word cloud: After entering the generation and download page, click “Generate Word Cloud”. The tool will generate a preview image based on the current parameters.
Download results: A single result can be downloaded as PNG or SVG. For batch files, all content will be processed, and all images can be obtained via “Download ZIP”.

FAQ

A: TXT, TEXT, MD, CSV, SRT, LOG, DOCX, PDF, and other formats are supported. It is recommended to save DOC files as DOCX or TXT before processing.

A: The word frequency may be too low, the word length may be shorter than the set value, it may have been filtered as a stop word, it may be a pure number, or it may exceed the displayed word count range. You can lower the word length requirement, increase the number of displayed words, or adjust the filter words and generate it again.

A: For Chinese content, it is recommended to choose “Smart Phrases”, set the minimum word length to 2, and set the phrase length to 2–4 characters. If there are many short words, you can add custom filter words as needed.

A: After batch generation is complete, click “Download ZIP”. The interface only shows the first 20 files or results, but processing and packaging will cover all files. If duplicate names are encountered, numbers will be automatically added after the file names.

A: PNG is suitable for direct use in articles, PPTs, and image sharing; SVG is a vector format, suitable for further editing, scaling for layout, or use in design software.

A: You can increase the canvas size, reduce the number of displayed words, appropriately increase the spacing between words, and enable high-resolution export. For shorter text, it is recommended to reduce the number of displayed words so the keyword hierarchy is more obvious.
