Software Usage Instructions

Select a data source: You can use manual editing, paste data, import CSV/TXT/Excel files, or use sample data. The first column of the table is used as the X-axis labels, and the following columns are used as line chart data series.
Organize the data table: You can add rows, add series, delete series, and clean up empty rows. When importing multiple files, the page displays the first 20 files, while batch export will process all files.
Set chart parameters: Choose a standard line chart, smooth line chart, step line chart, area chart, or stacked area chart, and set the title, axis names, legend position, chart size, and color theme.
Adjust visual styles: You can set the background color, opacity, font, title font size, line width, data point size, area opacity, grid lines, value labels, Y-axis range, and series colors.
Add a watermark and save settings: You can enter watermark text and choose the watermark position and opacity. Click “Save Settings” to export the configuration file, and later use “Load Settings” to restore the parameters.
Preview and export: After entering the preview page, you can refresh the chart and download it in SVG, PNG, or JPG format. After importing multiple files, you can select an export format and generate a ZIP archive. Result file names will use the original file names, with numbers automatically added to distinguish duplicates.

FAQ

A: The first row is the header, and the first column should contain X-axis labels, such as months, dates, or categories. Starting from the second column, enter numeric series; each column will generate one line. Empty values will be treated as missing points.

A: CSV, TSV, TXT, XLSX, and XLS files are supported. UTF-8 encoding is recommended for CSV/TXT files, and Excel files read the first worksheet by default.

A: Batch export generates a corresponding chart for each file. The result file name uses the original file name and replaces it with the selected format extension. If duplicate names occur, a number is automatically added after the file name.

A: By default, empty values create breaks in the line. If you need to keep the line continuous, check “Connect empty values” in the chart settings. You can also manually fill the table with 0, the average value, or another value required by your business needs.

A: SVG is suitable for scenarios that require scaling, layout, or later editing; PNG is suitable for reports, PPTs, and web display; JPG is suitable for image scenarios that require smaller file sizes and opaque backgrounds.

A: No. Data parsing, chart generation, and export are all completed locally on the current device, and file contents will not be uploaded to the server.

A: First adjust the theme, colors, font size, axes, watermark, and export scale, then click “Save Settings”. Load this configuration when creating other charts to reuse the same visual parameters.
