Software Instructions
Select video files: Add the videos you want to process. MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WebM, M4V, WMV, FLV, OGV, TS, and other formats are supported. When selecting in bulk, the interface displays the first 20 files, but all files will be included during processing.
Select subtitle source: Choose a shared subtitle file, matching subtitles with the same name, or paste subtitle text. A shared subtitle is suitable when all videos use the same subtitle file; same-name matching is suitable when videos and subtitles correspond one to one; pasted subtitles are suitable for temporarily entering SRT content.
Configure subtitle style: Set the font, font size, color, bold, italic, line height, outline, shadow, background, opacity, display width, margins, and nine-grid position, and view the result in the preview area.
Set output parameters: Choose the processing engine, output format, quality, resolution, encoding speed, frame rate, audio mode, subtitle time offset, ZIP file name, and processing report.
Save common settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep the current style and output parameters so they can be used the next time you open the tool.
Start processing: After entering the “Process & Download” page, click the start button, and the tool will add subtitles to the videos in the queue. If file names are duplicated, a number will be appended to the file name to distinguish them.
Download results: After processing is complete, you can preview the first 6 results. Click “Download All Results ZIP” to get all videos and the processing report.
FAQ
A: Video formats such as MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WebM, M4V, WMV, FLV, OGV, and TS are supported; subtitles support SRT, VTT, ASS, and TXT text. For everyday processing, SRT subtitles are recommended.
A: The subtitle file name must match the video file name, excluding the extension. For example, “Course 01.mp4” corresponds to “Course 01.srt”. If the fallback option is enabled, unmatched videos will use the first subtitle file in the queue.
A: You can adjust “Subtitle Time Offset” in the output parameters. Enter a positive number if the subtitles appear too early, or a negative number if they appear too late, such as 0.5 or -0.5.
A: You can use white text with a dark outline or shadow, and keep the font size between 24 and 36px. If the video background is complex, enable a semi-transparent background and place it at the bottom center.
A: Yes. After selecting “Match by same name,” add multiple videos and multiple subtitle files at once, and the tool will automatically match and process them by file name.
A: Video subtitle rendering uses CPU and memory. You can lower the output resolution or quality, close other resource-intensive programs, and process large numbers of files in batches.
A: No. Videos, subtitles, and processed results are all handled on your local device and will not be uploaded to the server.
