Instructions

Software Instructions

Import image assets: Click the "Add Files" or "Add Folder" button, or drag images or folders into the software window. Common formats such as JPG, PNG, BMP, WebP, TIFF, and JFIF are supported. Enable "Recursively read subdirectories" to load all images from multi-level folders.
Select an image selection mode:
- Sequential: Selects images in natural filename order, suitable for albums and tutorial videos
- Random: Randomly selects images each time, suitable for quickly mixing assets from a media library
- Non-repeating random: Supports no repeats within a single video or global rotation, suitable for batch-generating original assets
Set image count and duration: Set the range for the number of images used in each video and the playback duration range for each image. The software will randomly choose values within the ranges so each video is different.
Configure visuals and transitions:
- Select the output resolution (1080×1920 vertical, 1080×1080 square, 1920×1080 horizontal, 3840×2160, etc.) and frame rate
- Choose the image fitting method: black bar fit, blurred background fill, or centered crop to fill
- After enabling transitions, you can choose a fixed transition or randomly select from more than 40 xfade transitions
- Optionally enable zoom and pan effects to add motion to static images
Add music and text: Choose a single fixed background music track or randomly match from a music folder. You can also overlay a text watermark and customize the text content, position, color, and font size.
Select encoder and presets: Choose CPU libx264, NVIDIA NVENC, Intel QSV, or AMD AMF acceleration based on your graphics card, or directly apply built-in presets such as "Douyin Vertical", "Product Showcase", "4K HD", and "Fast Generation".
Start batch generation: Set the number of videos to generate and the save directory, then click "Start Generation". The software will batch output MP4 files according to the plan, with processing progress and logs displayed in real time in the window.

FAQ

A: Sequential selects images sorted by filename, suitable for tutorials, albums, and story-based videos; Random randomly selects images each time, suitable for quickly mixing assets from a media library; Non-repeating random supports two strategies: "no repeats within a single video" and "global non-repeating rotation", suitable for batch-generating differentiated original videos.

A: Black bar fit preserves the full original image and fills extra areas with black, suitable for mixed horizontal and vertical image assets; Blurred background fill uses a blurred version of the image itself as the background, then overlays the complete image for a more harmonious look; Centered crop to fill crops the extra parts according to the video aspect ratio, leaving no black bars, and is suitable for images with centered subjects.

A: Transitions are animated effects between two adjacent images. The software includes over 40 ffmpeg xfade-based transitions, including fade in/out, slide, wipe, circle open/close, pixelation, radial spread, blur transition, diagonal wipe, zoom push, and more. You can use a fixed transition or randomly select one at each transition point.

A: No. The software calls ffmpeg locally to complete all image processing and video encoding. All images, audio, and generated video files are stored on your own computer and are never uploaded to a server, helping protect commercial assets and personal privacy.

A: NVIDIA GPU users should choose h264_nvenc, Intel GPU or CPU with integrated graphics users should choose h264_qsv, and AMD GPU users should choose h264_amf. If you do not have a dedicated graphics card or are unsure, choose libx264 for general CPU encoding. If hardware acceleration is unavailable, the software will automatically fall back to CPU encoding without interrupting the task.

A: It is recommended to combine the following settings: set the image selection mode to "Non-repeating Random", set both the number of images and the duration of each image to random ranges, choose "Random Transition" for transitions, and select "Random Match" for background music. This way, each video will automatically vary in images, rhythm, transitions, and music, resulting in higher originality.

A: Yes. After enabling "Recursively read subdirectories" and then checking "Preserve original path structure," the software will automatically group items by subdirectory, generate separate videos from the images in each subfolder, and save them to the output directory using the same directory structure. This is suitable for processing image packs for multiple products/topics at once.

A: 4K resolution and transition rendering put heavy demands on hardware. Suggestions: 1) Switch to the hardware encoder for your graphics card; 2) Increase the CRF value appropriately (the higher the number, the smaller the file size and the faster the speed); 3) Disable zoom/pan camera motion or reduce the use of transitions; 4) First use the "Ultra-fast generation" preset to check the result, then use the "4K HD" preset for the final output.
