Tool Usage
Return to old versionSupports fractions, decimals, Excel paste, common matrix templates, detailed steps, LaTeX, and batch file processing. Calculations run on this page.
Matrix Input
Set rows and columns first, then enter the matrix. Supports formats like 1/2 and -3.5, or paste multiple rows and columns directly from Excel.
Operation type
Choose a matrix operation. Dimension requirements are checked during calculation, with relevant tips shown.
Results and export
After calculation, switch between matrix view, heatmap, LaTeX, steps, and export content. History can restore previous calculations.
Batch file processing
Upload TXT, CSV, or JSON matrix files, then choose one operation to run in batch. The list shows only the first 20 files; processing covers all files.
Instructions
Software Usage Instructions
- Set matrix dimensions: First set the number of rows and columns for matrix A and matrix B. Matrices from 1×1 to 10×10 are supported. Single-matrix operations mainly use matrix A, while matrix addition, subtraction, multiplication, and AX=B use both matrix A and matrix B.
- Enter matrix data:
- You can directly enter integers, decimals, negative numbers, and fractions in the cells, such as 1/2, -3.5, and 4/7.
- You can copy multi-row and multi-column data from Excel or text and paste it into the cells. The system will adjust the dimensions based on the content.
- You can quickly fill in examples such as basic matrices, systems of linear equations, symmetric matrices, singular matrices, fraction matrices, and non-square matrices.
- Select an operation type:
- Basic operations:A+B, A-B, A×B, k×A, A+kI, AX=B solution.
- Matrix properties: determinant det(A), rank rank(A), trace tr(A), eigenvalues.
- Matrix transformations and decompositions: transpose, inverse matrix, matrix power, LU decomposition, QR decomposition.
- Generate and view results: After clicking “Generate Results”, you can view the matrix view, heatmap, LaTeX code, and calculation steps. Different operations will automatically check dimension requirements.
- Export results: Results can be downloaded in TXT, CSV, JSON, Markdown, and LaTeX formats. You can also copy the LaTeX code for use in formula documents.
- Batch processing: Upload TXT, CSV, or JSON matrix files, then select determinant, transpose, inverse matrix, rank, trace, eigenvalues, or QR decomposition for batch processing. The interface displays the first 20 files; processing will cover all files, and the results can be downloaded as a summary TXT or ZIP archive.
